Question 1

What services does Kraken Federal provide?

Accepted Answer

Kraken Federal is an advisory firm for government contractors. We work in four areas. Management Consulting: executive advisory on strategy, pricing, financials and operations, so the business behind the pipeline is sound. Business Development and Proposal Support: pipeline, capture and proposal work, from finding the right opportunities through submission. Government Solutions: the certifications and compliance that keep you eligible to compete. AI Consulting: the AI Strategic Assessment, a ten-day review of where your team's capacity is going and what to do about it.

Question 2

How does Kraken Federal help with ISO certification?

Accepted Answer

We take you from where you are today to certified, and then keep you there. That starts with a readiness assessment against the standard, then building and documenting a management system that fits how your company actually runs, training your team, running internal audits, and supporting you through the certification audit. After certification we help you maintain the system so it stays compliant and keeps counting in your favor on government bids. The goal is a system your people use, not a binder on a shelf.

Question 3

What sets Kraken Federal apart?

Accepted Answer

We have sat in your seat. Tom Prokop founded a government contracting firm, scaled it past $10 million in revenue and more than 100 employees at its peak, and exited. The advice you get comes from an operator who has made payroll, priced the bid and lived with the result. We also work further up the chain than most consultants: pricing, positioning, financials and the business behind the pipeline, not only the proposal. And we treat your business as if it were ours.
